Public Storage

This building is clean and well lit. I love that there are large roll-up doors for direct access to your vehicle. There are 3 oversized elevators. This experience has been very good.

I have had wonderful experiences at Public Storage at 3900 Centreville Road, Centreville, Va. The customer service is always courteous, with professional employees. Cecilia, has been helpful, attentive to my needs and always seeks help from other managers to accommodate what is necessary. She is personable and always kind. I am thankful for Cecilia when I am able to see her and she is always welcoming! Cecilia is very knowledgable and exceptional when communicating. She is an example of the kind of customer service ALL businesses should adapt! Having storage units at Public Storage has been comforting knowing my personal effects are secure in a well maintained environment!
