Lorraine was very nice and helpful, a great employee!

Public Storage can be really challenging and the system difficult to navigate when you have to move suddenly and your resources are tight. So when you have the extraordinary good fortune to arrive at the Gallant Fox Lane facility and Lorraine is there to help you, it feels like a true blessing. She confirms the saying that “not all heroes wear capes” [although Lorraine does sport some beautiful earrings!] I needed to move out and made the mistake of scheduling it for the 1st of the month. She explained that as per the rental policy, I would be charged for the entire month [even if I vacated on the first]! She took the time to troubleshoot options (ever so patiently) and helped me find a solution that did not end up costing me as much.

I am so glad she was at the desk when I arrived! Thank you!
