Public Storage

It is my first time using Public Storage and I am so impressed! Keena deserves a raise!! He answered all of my questions, helped me secure the proper size for my belongings, helped me get the best rate for the unit, and went as far as to show me my unit and make sure I knew how to access the unit properly. The care and attention to detail his customer service is superb and goes above and beyond what I would expect. He’s friendly, kind, honest, listens, and makes sure he understands what you are saying. I am blown away by the care! Thank you Public Storage!

Good location and security. I moved out because of the increasing price and I had the lower shorter units and was able to get a better price elsewhere for a taller unit.

Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs
This place has a massive mice and rat problem that they’re fully aware of but fail to solve or even warn you about. My belongings were ruined, with feces covering everything, including the floors. The infestation is visible everywhere you walk.

When you bring it up, they just tell you to file a claim, but you’ll barely get reimbursed for your losses. On top of that, the staff is unapologetic and even laughed at my frustration. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else.
