Huge mice & rat problem. They know about it and don’t warn you or solve the problem. It ruined all my stuff. There was poop all over everything and the floor. You can walk around and see feces everywhere. They tell you to file a claim but you end up getting close to nothing you lost. Also, the people there are unapologetic and literally laugh at your frustration. It’s wild. Go elsewhere and save yourself the hassle.

Melissa was a great help, very patient and informative. Facilities are clean and easy to work with.

The amount of space is great. The app is also cool for accessing the door and gate. Definitely secure.

At a most recent visit to switch to a different unit, I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Melissa who made the process a smooth and positive experience. This is not my first time at this location, or encountering Ms. Melissa who always has a pleasant and friendly demeanor. Just being this approachable, in the way she deals with current or perspective clients, was the beginning of what I would describe as a smooth and seamless move in process. I can't thank Ms. Melissa enough for exemplifying what it means to go the distance to ensure a possitive experience for the customer. Thank you again, for making the process smooth, simple and seamless.

I would like to say that I received the best care possible. Ms. Melissa one of the site attendants .represented TOP NOTCH service with assisting me with my hardship, my car failed and in order to get to work I had to fix it which turned out to be WAY more expensive than expected and I had gotten far behind in my payment to public storage. GOD graced us with a compassionate representative who jumped to action on my behalf and saved my storage from Auction. I am very old and it would be difficult to replace the things I have. If I am allowed to say I would definitely recommend Public Storage to anyone who asks as long as they continue to employ people like Ms. Melissa ????
