Pro: The staff here are super friendly and helpful, and the reason the review isn’t lower. They were always great in my experience. The facility itself was always clean.

Be aware: Elevator can get crowded on busy times (like weekends); not a con just be aware. Also at the time of this review the PS app and remote access was finicky/buggy in my experience. Sometimes manually inputting code was just faster which is a shame.

Con: 3x price increases over a ~1.5 year span totaling a ~66% increase from beginning to end. I would have rated lower based on this but the staff really are/were super pleasant.

Imani is the best you have! Nationwide.

Imani has excellent service and she's very diverse and made me feel comfortable to have storage at this location...

Imani at the front desk was very helpful with our move-in!
