So far, so good. Clean grounds, easy processes with the app, decent pricing though the fees were a whopping $52 so essentially the online deal was the same price as regular price out the door. It’s apparently been 2 weeks since a work order was submitted for a conveniently located door that’s not functioning for access. Thats too long to wait for service fees paid for convenience.
I appreciated the kindness of Kiya with navigating the sign up and walkthrough of the small storage space. She’s the kind of employee you want to keep!

Great experience from my 1st phone call to my actual visit! Ms. Kiyah was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She took the time to show me my options with the different sized units. The whole process was very quick . I would definitely recommend Public Storage to others!
