I have had a unit here in this particular location for the past 4-5 years and the customer service and respect for clients is above and beyond. The manager on duty Mr Brian goes beyond his capacity to see that when a client have a concern its address and fixed. Brian is a God sent. Thank you Public storage for having such employees as Brian.

I have a storage unit at this location and I had an issue with paying my Bill in the App. Brian was at the front desk at this location and his customer service was amazing! He helped me with my problem and got me in my storage unit quickly.
