I hate this place . The customer service is bad and so is the Management. If you can afford to put your stuff somewhere else please do so … They’ve auctioned so many people personal stuff off and don’t even care Before you stuff goes to auction . The staff /workers would go through y’all stuff and take whatever they want .. After that… Whatever is left in the units thats what is up for auctioned . Nope! You not going

to come and pickup whatever valuables They would go through your stuff and take whatever they can before they auction off your stuff

I’m extremely frustrated with Public Storage’s lock removal policy. I misplaced my keys and was told it would take six weeks to remove the lock—meanwhile, my essential medication is locked inside. I’ve been sick and desperately need my meds, but despite explaining the urgency, there was no effort to expedite the process. It’s unacceptable that a company holding people’s personal belongings has no emergency solutions for situations like this. If you ever need urgent access to your own property, don’t count on Public Storage to help.

I am so glad I choose this location. The property manager Serria customer service is top notch. She very patient and very helpful.
