Mac was a great help.

I'm a mover and have been to several Public storage locations in the area. I have seen the manager Kayla at a few of those locations. Today i heard her ask our client for a review and wanted to leave one as well.She is always smiling from ear to ear and ready to help. Just want the company to know.

I have rented a unit over there, on my first day in facility the elovater was not working, by calling them they said to use stairs, getting in by stairs and wanting to come out the code is not working, my 21 year old cousin struck in dark for 25 plus minutes with no help then finally he make his way out through emergency exit. That was horrible.
By calling them again and again out come is negative. They make some false promises which they trun down next day. Call center representative was awful and mean.
Completely unacceptable.
Hope higher management understands the situation and try to make it right.
Don’t wanted to write negative but don’t want to happen this to anyone else.

Excellent customer service from the young lady Kayla in the office!
