I spoke with Jessica G. today, I had some questions about my storage unit. She was very helpful, she checked on some things for me and answered all of my questions. She made dealing with customer service a pleasant experience.

This post is specifically in regards to Ms. Jessica's outstanding customer service! Whenever I call needing assistance with paying a fee or understanding the charges on my daughter's account, Ms Jessica is always patient, knowledgeable, and informative. She is never judgemental, and her attitude is always pleasant. We need more people like her in customer service! Kudos to you Ms Jessica ?? ?? ?? ❤️

Jessica does her best to keep the store clean and is very personable. Very good at explaining and helping my mom even when she's not at her best due to moving.
