I had a wonderful experience renting my storage unit. Kamora was amazing, very knowledgeable about the process of renting a unit. She made renting easy as 1-2-3. Fast, easy to talk to, helpful, a great listener. Excellent customer service.

Booking was completed remotely and was very easy! We were able to move directly in/out of the storage unit with no issues, and the loading area was able to accommodate the moving truck/movers. To check out, Ms. Shelia helped us with returning the unit and completing the final check out procedure. She answered all our questions and was very helpful!

I’ve had my storage unit for over a year at the elkridge location, and I must say it’s been very convenient from the location being very centralized, and my unit space. I just want to give a shout out to the manager “T”. I went in one morning and my storage key fell in one of the most difficult spots in the crack of the unit. It was impossible to see or feel. He stepped off from what he was doing and decided to give my problem 100% attention. He was creative enough to make some magnetic device that was able to pick up the key from that tight area. I’m just appreciative, and really appreciate his attention to detail, patience, and great customer service in this matter! Very thankful! If anything this will definitely make me renew next year!
