Public Storage

This company, like many others, doesn't seem to care about its customer service anymore. I just wanna be able to talk to someone when I call. And since I'm unable to do that I will not be able to give a good review. It's truly a shame that companies can't spare a little extra expense to pay someone to have interactions with customers. They would rather spend more money on an automated system now and pay an actual person less later... As far as this location goes... The people I've talked to have been great when I've been in there.... That's if there is someone there at all...... Again. No one is there to help. Only some automation service. Good luck Public Storage.

Stephanie was awesome at the public storage located at Owings Mill! I needed storage for my recent move. She was a great help getting a unit that fits my needs for a short period. Will store with Public Storage again in the future⭐️⭐️
