I would give them one star but the facility is very clean and decent so that is a plus. The reason for my low stars is the experience I had with the charges here. I originally signed up for $19/mo I have a small 5x5 and stored storage bins and a couple of misc items. Nothing substantial and then I was charged for insurance which they force you to get. I have my own and it was a hassle removing the orange door insurance. The moment it was removed the same price I was paying extra for insurance became my rental rate. So now I was paying $39/mo. Nothing about the unit enhanced and I didn’t ask for any upgrades. I continued however to pay that price for about 8 mos. I received an email that my rate was increasing again to $60..I definitely had enough. So I called around and found a deal I was able to lock in at Extra Space for $14/mo and I prepaid for 2yrs so there is no issue with price increases. They offer this deal to people switching here to them so I encourage you to take advantage. This place is scamming you out of money and not offering any enhanced features with doing so. Glad to go!
