I've dealt with these folks for a while and Pat, with whom I interacted today, really hits the high bar for quality service.

The customer service from Pat was superior! He patiently explained every detail of the storage units at his location as well as the content of the contract. He was friendly and courteous and very helpful when it came to solving my storage needs. I would definitely recommend Public Storage in Annapolis.
