I had an incredible experience at Public Storage in Lorton, VA, thanks to Singh’s outstanding customer service. From the moment I walked in, Singh was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make the process smooth and hassle-free. There was no up-sale or nonsense. He even walked me through a process which saved me $6,000 in annual storage fees. I never leave reviews on anything—positive or negative. Singh certainly earned this one!

Even now as I sit in my car typing this. Singh has since grabbed a broom and is currently sweeping up leaves that have blown into the loading zone bay. Some workers are simply built differently.
