Yea I travelled outside US for 6 weeks and my automatic payment for 8/2024 failed so my auto pay was disabled. I didn’t know this has happened for 3weeks since I have no internet service. I got to know about this issue early October, reenabled autopay with another visa card but payment was not taken. I attempted pay myself but their system rejected my payment and when I called to report the incident they confirmed seeing my attempted payment but their system doesn’t allow bank payments so I should call and make a payment over the phone. The only credit card I had with me was blocked due to fraud and I can’t use the bank card either per them. I begged to pay any late payment when I return in 2 weeks but they auction my two until for $700 and still owe them. Very mean people, I didn’t know they have changed management I would have continued my business with them.
