Staff over the phone is super helpful. There is no one physically at the property regularly. I checked into our new unit and found it full of mouse droppings and dead bugs. There is only one functioning elevator. The sliding doors do not work you have to enter from a standard size swinging door. When I called customer service I did not receive an apology. I have now wasted a days labor and a trailer rental.

I had a great experience working with a young lady named Jackie, this has been a stressful time for me and my family.
