I called today to gain more information about the rental process and Teresa was an excellent help!

Do not rent from here if you don't want your stuff stolen. They had an extra key of ours from having to work on our lock the first time it was broken into. Didn't think anything of it, you would assume they would keep it secured. I went today and couldn't open our first door so I tried the other keys to the second door and it worked. They opened our unit and forgot to put the right lock back on
and switched them and went through our belongings which is illegal. I am taking action. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!!!

I just recently started buying auctioned off storage buildings. That is what brought me to this location. I called ahead of time and spoke with their representative Teresa. Ask for more information as I was still new to the process. She gave me information I needed. I go to the facility, and she is working behind the desk. She remembers me from calling her earlier. She explained how they do things and then she met me at the unit number that I had just purchased the auctioned off contents. She gave me the option to not buy it, I guess if I didn't like what I seen or changed my mind. Of course, the sell went on, that's why I bid on it. She was very pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable about the things that were discussed. I wouldn't mind if I got to be assisted by her every time. Thank you so much Teresa
