I came into town to help my friend out who needed to transition from a large home to a small apartment. Needless to say she needed storage. I called and spoke with I believe she said Natalie and she was absolutely amazing taking the time to answer all our questions and provide pricing and gave her opinion on what size would be most suitable for our needs. Kudos to her professionalism which is so hard to find these days!

Public Storage is a great solution when scaling down or temporarily storing items. It's extremely efficient to reserve, rent, and access a climate controlled space. Inside and out, the facilities are impeccably clean. The access codes easily open and close the gates which maintain security and safety. My only complaint is the cost. The rental fees automatically increase over time, which can be very expensive if renting a space long term. However, their ONLINE $1/first month incentive helps. I don't like the fact that it seems insurance is optional when ordering, but somehow is auto- enrolled in the second month. To remove insurance, one needs to visit their office in person (which can be inconvenient after a challenging move). But overall, their storage solutions make life easier. The staff is super friendly too, especially Mikey!!
