Hi, I came in to public storage and was greeted by a young lady with a beautiful smile positive energy help me along the way and was very patient with me of not knowing what size that needed. I need to have more young ladies like herself that make you feel welcome to come to public storage And her name is Natalie and I really appreciate the help that she gave me today.
