This was my first time renting out a storage unit and they made the process such a breeze. They also helped me after I lost my lock keys and were kind enough to offer a lock cut. They are super helpful and kind!

We just rented a small unit (5x5) about 3 months ago. It's a nice facility. But we just received notice of a 43% rent increase taking effect in 30 days. That's absurd. The best that they could offer me is holding the existing rate for 3 more months. But the new rate ($84 per month) is ridiculous for a 5x5 closet. We're moving out. From the looks of the reviews below, this is standard practice. So I wouldn't believe the pricing that you're quoted when signing will last longer than a few months, and then you'll get a huge price increase. I guess they expect that you'll just accept the increase rather than going through the hassle of retrieving your belongings.
The space itself is good, and location is close enough, but can't ever reach anyone locally and calls/voicemails are not ever returned. Need to chat with a human at the local level and that seems to be impossible. To be clear...there has NEVER been any employee onsite when we've been, and calling ahead means nothing if no one answers the phone...ever...or ever returns calls.
