WARNING!!! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!! I rented a unit from here a little over an hour ago and paid the $1 promo for the first month, a $29 administrative fee, had to pay $19.99 for their lock, and taxes. Total was $51.36. My reservation was for tomorrow. You can't even get into the units after 9:00 pm and we ordered it after 9:00 pm. Everything seemed fine until I downloaded the app and it said I still owed $19. I called their customer service and 7 reps have hung up on me and wouldn't help. Their customer service is awful!!! So I decided to cancel, and they told me they wouldn't refund my $29 fee and they had to check the building before they refund me anything. I couldn't even get in! They were closed and I never even had a gate code to get in. We never took possession of the unit because we couldn't and they won't refund my money. Do not rent from here. They will lie to you, steal your money, and treat you like crap. Literally go anywhere else. I know other places locally cost more but you won't be screwed over. I am filing a complaint with the BBB and disputing the charge with my bank as fraud.
