I rented a unit at this facility because I needed a secure place for my belongings. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The premises were consistently neglected, with trash scattered everywhere, creating an unsafe and unpleasant environment. Observing others disposing of their trash, I mistakenly thought it was acceptable to do the same. However, I was contacted the next day and threatened with a $1000 fine. We promptly retrieved our trash and vacated the unit. Additionally, the facility had severe issues with mice and mold, which further compromised the safety and cleanliness of the environment. The presence of squatters also made the facility feel very unsafe for customers. Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I've had, and I cannot recommend this facility. The managers need to do better.
