They refuse to do anything with this trash. Why am I opening up my storage unit and there's mice? All this trash!

I wouldn't even give this place one star but its the only option. DO NOT GO HERE !!! They said i would only have to pay 80 dollars a month and each month they raise the price ! Towards the end i was paying 150 dollars a month for a storage unit that was caving in !!! Literally the roof on the inside was falling down and mold all over my things i called them multiple times to have someone go out there and fix it and no one ever did nor did they call back like they said they would. This place is literally horrible. Dont waste your money or your time. They just want to steal your money and dont care about the way your unit looks or your things. Money hungry thats all they are.

I bought an auction unit and she couldn’t cash me out at her store because of a system error so she went out of her way and drove to the actual location to cash me out and even went with me to the unit to make sure everything looked good
