Disaster from the start! First the told me a 10 x 10 would be plenty of space. Ended up needing two units. This location in Kannapolis NC IS AN EXTREMELY POOR SETUP.. at the end of the driveway your U-Haul will not make it around the corner. We had to take 20 minutes to go back and forth with the truck and several men standing on the bumper just to get it to go around the corner.
Then they ended up charging me many times over for storage units and locks. The whole thing was a disaster. I would not recommend this mess to anyone. Extremely overwhelmed after driving 2 days to find our storage unit. Greeted with one headache after another.
The gal in the office tried to help.
Was providing A credit for me. Which never came through on my account. Thoroughly disgusted. Do not use this facility.

Property manager doesn't answer calls or the door apparently, also the property is dirty and they dont clean it properly i bought ALL new things for my new house and put it in the storage until i was able to move and when i went into my storage to add more items i noticed roaches in my unit and NOTHING has been done to resolve my situation yet and its going on 2 weeks. Ive lefts emails voicemails anything i could possibly do and still no one has contacted me! So be mindful if you place your things here!

I was at my lowest point and needed a person willing to help and with a smile on their face. Thank God for Amanda she brought my spirits up and helped me with kindness and professionalism. She is a supper lady, thank you so much for your help. Awesome Service!!!!
