they will not contact you back if you need them for any reason & they will continue to charge your card after calling to verify cancellation!!!

finally get someone on the phone using the 1-800 number and they tell me the lack of correspondence is due to the fact that they have no property manager at this location!!!

Megan and Amanda at Public Storage were really patient and helpful to me with my move. They really know their stuff and helped me with all my concerns. Thanks so much for the help!

I had gone to a couple other storage places before this and felt like I was getting the runaround. I understand how pricing can work and that's fine, but other places seem to be shady about it. When I went to public storage and worked with Megan I felt like she was giving me a clear expectation and answered all of my questions clearly and genuinely. It really helped me feel more comfortable about my moving.
