Public Storage has been great to work with from the first day we walked into a location to check out the facilities, signed on to lease a space and the ease of making payments. Have used other storage facilities in the past and Public Storage has, by far, been the best!

I spoke with Lucy over the phone and she was the most helpful, heartfelt person! She went above and beyond to try and help me solve my issue. She assured me if she couldn’t solve it, nobody could. I really appreciated her sense of urgency, and her hospitality. Thank you for making my day better Lucy!
