I have this at best a NEUTRAL. Unclear that I originally ordered a “parking space”. After calls confirming my appointment, followed by calls scheduling my appointment for another day, followed by cancellation of original- credits debits, more calls! Most confusing transaction with multiple calls and callers for something so simple! Finally I am in with check refunds and still billed for insurance and on and on- and no checks yet

There was a technical mixup with my rental. I signed up for a storage unit, but got a parking space instead. I called the corporate office and they were no help. However, I got a call today from Tonya who was made aware of my situation and she quickly resolved my issue and promised to follow up once all of the refunds were processed. I really appreciate Tonya's willingness to help and get the situation resolved. Thank you Tonya!

Lucy was the best! She gave us great customer service, and made us feel like the most important customer. This was so much better than just using the kiosk, and she was even available to show us the unit we would rent.

Made a reservation online and was given a price. Went to complete the transaction and by the time all the paperwork was done, the price jumped almost by half because they hide admin fees and force you to take their insurance and locks. If all information was given UPFRONT, it wouldn't have been a problem but the bait and switch tactic is just plainly bad business.

I initially felt hesitant about the self-check-in process since it was my first time using it, but I found it to be incredibly straightforward, quick, and user-friendly. The local staff proactively reached out, displaying exceptional friendliness and offering assistance as needed. During my stay, I encountered a minor billing issue that was resolved promptly and courteously by the corporate team. The customer service, from the local staff to the corporate office, was outstanding. I highly recommend the Public Storage in Waxhaw and will gladly return if the need arises.
