Denise is a ray of sunshine! I always leave feeling like my questions have been answered and my items are in good hands at this facility.

Be advised. Recently this facility had its gate broken/malfunction and failed to notify patrons. Our trailer was stolen from the lot and we were advised that it was 'not their responsibility to notify us that the gate was broken and therefore the facility was unsecured' Furthermore, it has been determined that the facility went unsecured for several weeks, the management or staff is not cooperating with our insurance nor the police who have tried numerous times to view camera footage. We are now out a motorcycle trailor with no way of recovering replacement value. I can only imagine this happened to others as the once full lot was virtually empty when we happened to discover ours gone on the day we went to use it. Beyond disappointed. You knew your facility was unsecure due to your malfunctioning gate yet did nothing to protect or notify customers nor help in the investigation. Casts suspicion as to why.

Tangie was so professional, friendly and very helpful. She answered all of my questions with ease. This was at the Knox Abbott location.

I had a pleasure of meeting Jovett she's very attentive and has a great personality overall I would highly recommend of you looking for a place to store go to public storage
