Absolutely rude woman on location. I lost everything in Hurricane Helene and just needed a unit to store my remaining items. Reserved online, arrived, and was told how she'd rather charge me hundreds more than the online deals, and then that the unit I wanted wasn't available. I ended up leaving with only a portion of a refund and no idea where to go next. So unnecessary, so rude.

There were ant and maggots in the truck! The smell was horrible like they were hauling trash and the front of the truck smelled of cigarettes. Beyond disgusting
