Ms.Pauline was such a great help. She got me in & out very fast, was very knowledgeable & I appreciated her very much. I will be using this storage facility in the future & recommend all friends & family to this storage unit.

Just wanted to take time out to express how much i appreciate the Public Storage in Guignard Dr. Not only was the location safe, but their staff was beyond amazing ! Pauline specifically, went out of her way numerous times for me and my fiance. All the recommendations she gave us (for which units would best suit our needs) were spot on !!!! If it wasn’t for her, we would’ve been struggling, because our original plan would not be have been enough to store everything we had .

She even helped us when we were struggling just to undo a lock! I could tell she truly cared, and hard workers like this don’t come by often! Just wanted to say thanks again to her, and her service has definitely made it so that this location will ALWAY be our top pick!
