I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Joe who greeted me as I came into the Public Storage location in Longs, SC to inquire about renting a storage unit. He assisted me and answered all my questions. Mr. Joe took the time to give me a brief tour and showed me an example of what the units look like. Needless to say, I reserved a unit on their app, it was a quick and easy process.
I’m happy to say that Mr. Joe provided excellent service, the storage units are accessible with plenty of parking space once you’re at your unit and are very clean. I’m glad I found this location! It’s closer to home and the rates are competitive to other local storage companies.

He provided some insight and answered all our questions and concerns. I enjoyed getting to know Joe during my visit. I look forward to future interactions as I visit my storage unit to continue to downsize.
