Awesome facility for your storage needs! Joe is absolutely phenomenal! He goes above and beyond when my wife and I visit the facility. Our vehicles battery died while stored for 4 months. Joe assisted us in getting the vehicle started. He is definitely an invaluable member of the team and a must keep!

Joe has been a phenomenal help, being in the middle of a sometimes highly emotionally charged separation and volatile circumstances, He has helped tremendously, been patient with the questions, any time I've come on the property he has checked on me and my well being. And, because of the my circumstances is keeping a watchful eye out for the property. It's a peace of mind knowing not only is the property completely surveillanced and under 24/7 camera watch, the property manager knows me by name and cares enough about his customers to make sure they are safe as well as their items. I would highly recommend Joe and the Hwy 9 Longs location. It's super clean and I couldn't ask for a better place to keep my property.

Spoke with property manager and a most kind soul, in reference to tropical storm/hurricane/deluge Debby and if units were affected. I hadn't had time to check myself, so I inquired about flooding. He assured me that they check the units during/after events and if affected occupants are notified, and to never hesitate to call and inquire. He said there was excellent storm water drainage and all was well at my location. I like that! Thank you Public Storage!❤️

Well had another trip to my stoage today and there was Michael, my favorite person of all. Enjoyed are friendly talk before I headed back home to my Condo.
