My experience with local on site people has always been stellar.

I had a 10x20 unit for 7 years and the rates were raised every year until I was paying nearly $500/month!!! A never missed or had a late payment. Not much of a reward for customer loyalty.

I went on line, cancelled my space and rented a smaller 7.5x15 that turned out to be across the hallway, making my move to downsize very easy. The local ladies were very helpful in making sure my old account was cancelled and a new one started.

I spoke with corporate a number of times seeking information on the reasons for the rate increase but got no satisfaction other than one time they gave me a Six month “discount”.

This Public Storage is the best ! The staff has the best customer service skills and are so helpful! The site is clean and I highly recommend this property for all of your storage needs!
