Bad experience when you set up auto pay. They increase the pay rent without sending you any notice. That’s horrible

The girl at the Suwanee store closed at lunchtime and wouldn't take payment.

This is the best customer service that I had a long time she did a great job show me the procedures and walk with me through it step by step customer service did a great job thank you for the assistance

Facility was clean. Front gate and units are in good condition. One gate does need a shrub trimmed back, but that's a minor issue. Everyone was helpful. Price is competitive. Would recommend Public Storage.
