Mogul’s service was excellent

Generally a lot of trash and debris laying around inside the buiding and at the entrances. A very obvious smell of somebody recently smoking pot on the premises. It was pervasive throught the building. Unable to speak to a property amanager as there isn't one assigned to this location.

Incompetent and repeated over-billing from the very start, access to my space denied because of over- billing, wrong access code and general incompetence. Lots of nice people on live chat who couldn’t solve the problems and offered to escalate to their managers. An astounding experience.

Andi (the property manager) is the best!! She called before my move in date and then called again to see how my move in went. I also appreciate the fact that there was a ice patch at the gate due to the weather. She has been working diligently to ensure the safety of the customers that need to enter or exit the storage facility. She's always down to Earth.
The storage building s are always clean. I highly recommend this location.
