Ms. Jackies provided excellent assistance during my short-term storage needs, clearly informing me of the exact move-out date required to avoid an additional month's charge. She was highly responsive, promptly addressing my inquiries via call and text.

Renting a unit was very easy and the process was smooth. I worked with Julia and she was very nice, knowledgeable and had great customer service she got me in and out quickly without any problems. Thanks again

I would like to thank customer service representative Jessica Ford for making this process so easy for me. I set everything up over the phone with her, and she was positive and ensured I got the right size unit. She saved me a lot of time. The reason I’m not giving a full 5 stars is that this location needs to have more carts available for customers to use. I had a couch to unload and had to wait for another person to finish unloading their things before I could get the couch off the truck. Other than that, I highly recommend this service—10/10!

I would like to say the staff especially Ms. Julia is amazing! I rarely leave reviews, but I thought to say that the customer service and professionalism was off the charts! Thank you for the smooth process when moving and living out of town is already stressful!
