Donald was absolutely amazing. I came in with a reservation for another store and he was patient and helped me through the process to get moved in at his location. Extremely grateful for his kind spirit and service.

When it comes to Customer Service, Malaysia is top notch, period! She is Manager-grade/level and understands fully the weight of you paying for a service and getting value for what you paid for. Issues with double reservations was handled without hesitation. She Showed ample professional courtesy in addressing an technical issue with my unit (previous customer left lock on unit that needed removal by ground maintenance). She scheduled the service, made sure to explain all rental requirements and protections liabilities, and made sure i walked the unit to my satisfaction. Also she ensured there were no double-charges from the initial double reservation so thank you Malaysia and hope to have continued decent working relationship with this Public Storage location.

Just hot my storage today! Everything looks as it should be! The guy who helped me was Donald, and let me tell you he was so kind and attentive. He helped us a lot and definitely the best customer service I've had in my entire life!.
