Haley was absolutely wonderful. Very professional and punctual. This was one of the best experiences I had with customer service and support.

Clean bldg in fact cleanest restrooms in town. Great size variety on storage units. You can't beat the service.

This location is the worst. no one ever answers the phone. I moved out of my unit almost an entire month ago i even scheduled a move-out and they're still billing me adding on late fees and every time I call the place NOBODY ANSWERS! All they need to do is take me out of their system and stop billing me for a unit I do not have. I am now having to take time out of my day and visit this location to handle a situation that could be handled over the phone. Poor customer service and communication skills its very sad.

Everytime I call I can never get a hold of someone and there’s never anybody in the office during business hours. Very unprofessional.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Facility is clean with excellent security and plenty of carts for wheeling items to your storage area.
