I understand the idea of self check in kiosk, But not having somebody at the physical building when a problem occurs Is bad. I’ve came to this Public Storage After I’ve bought a storage room online On the third floor just for me to get Here in the elevator is broken and won’t go to the third floor and the doors are locked, so I can’t take the stairs.

The life Help kiosk only tells me to call customer service that sent me to a strict prompt that ultimately ends up with no one answering the phone.

The place is well kept and customer service is readily available. Thanks Tiana for helping me with my rate and checking on me!
