Been with the company for 15 years with no issues until I reported Theresa at the lake mary location to corporate for verbal harassment. Corporate didn't do a thing and I let it go. Theresa has since left the company. Also I was out of the unit this morning but they still want to charge the entire month. Where's the personal service or a simple understanding that hey I forgot by 6 hours not to mention being unwelcome by a power abusing manager who no longer works there. This company has gone downhill. Don't get me started on the Sanford location. Two thumbs down and never coming back.

Teresa was incredibly helpful, kind, And professional. If ever needed, I will be using this facility again!
