I've been renting here for about a year now. I originally rented with Jeremy. I see him from time to time, when I stop by the office. He is always courteous and helpful. He's knowledgeable of the property , and maintains the place in fantastic shape.

Jeremy is the reason we continue to rent at the Maitland location. He was super helpful in our recent transfer to a larger unit. He's always been attentive to any needs and concerns. Love him!

Run away from this place. Jacked my rates up 25 percent after only six months and then gave me some song and dance about the going market rate. Or you can move all your stuff again to a smaller unit. This place is nothing but a bait and switch game. They cheat the consumer. I'd give ZERO stars if the system would let me.
