Not worth it I've been a loyal customer for at least 5 and a 1/2 years and the prize keep going up. They don't take care of the place rats all over the place. The prize keeps going up. I started at $156 a month it when up after 13 month.last year was $255 and it when up again to $288 for a 10×20.but if you check there website a 10x20 goes for $246 for new customers but they DON'T take care of the loyal customers. I'm planning to get the HELL OUT ASAP.??

When I started renting my unit I was told 'First Month Free'. Which meant that they were going to pay the first month of pro-rated rent because their billing cycles start on the first and not on the date of the start of the lease. I got lazy about paying my bill because I had to work a lot. The property manager called me every day, and in the middle of the month I had told them that I will be coming to pay the bill soon and will be moving because they were raising the rent by $100/month. As the end of the month came up the property manager had called me about everyday, but I had forgot to return their call because I was busy with work and school. As of today I paid my $328 bill for the last month that I owed. When I called the property the representative on the phone told me that they have already sold my unit. I have lived in some of the scummiest areas of the United States and have never been treated like such trash. No sympathy or empathy was shared by the rep. My child's stuff was in there. My childhood memorabilia was in there. Here's hoping that whoever bought my unit (A0018) sees this and reaches out to me. I could care less about the thousands of dollars in tools and equipment. These people are the SCUM of the Earth. I would never recommend that anyone rent from them. They don't care about you, or your stuff. If for one second I was to look inside my unit as the property manager I would've made more of an effort to get ahold of that person before auctioning the unit.

I was so happy I chose them for my storage needs,very easy process to rent ,and the price was very reasonable.
Everything was ready to go upon arrival.
I did it all online from home. I give them an A + .

Very clean. Well maintained. Staff very supportive. Reasonable price.
