Carolyn is a great person to get all your needs simple and professional.

NEVER USE PUBLIC STORAGE. EVER!! Was 1 month late on payment due to the hurricane/ weather / and personal reasons ( not in my control) and they put my unit up for auction FOR BEING JUST 1 MONTH LATE!!! Even with communication, public storage did NOTHING to help those affected by the hurricane. This company is money hungry. Paid over $150 in auction fees , $70 late fee , they cut my lock & now I have to go spend money to buy a new one!!! I totally understand this happening to people who don't pay their bill at all or that don't communicate but I've never been this late paying my bill, in the whole year I've been using this company. Y'all need to do better. It's already a crazy expensive time in life. We list everything due to mold contamination & then the hurricanes..... this company is not for the American people.

Carolyn is helpful and gives great customer service. The facility is clean and well managed and they will rent you what you need they don’t try to upsell you.
