if I could leave a review with zero stars I would. My wife and I rented identical units when the first month was supposed to be free. Three days later we get a bill took us two weeks to get that straightened out after the first month we noticed my wife's unit increasing in cost fast forward six months later her bill was over $800 for two months mine was still under $300. No one could ever explain to us why my wife's bill was so high. we attempted three times to make the payment in cash so we could get an explanation but no one was ever on site during business hours. the night before it went into auction we attempted to make the payment again we made it that next morning they still auctioned our stuff off I had to pay the man $300 in
cash just to give us our storage unit back after he went through everything. I will never use Public Storage again and I will never recommend it ,in fact I will steer people away.

Rented a space off old Dixie the property is very clean and the customer service was great. Thank you Matt, Carolyn and Susan for all the information and checking up on my move in. Yall are awesome.
