Shay at the front desk had such great energy from the moment I walked in!! She was super helpful & kind, a very refreshing interaction while dealing with moving!

Shay helped me. I wanted to downsize my unit and she was very helpful. I then realized I had more in storage than I originally realized. I asked to keep my original storage and she was very kind, even though I made her job more difficult. She went out of her way to figure out how to switch me back even though the system made it difficult. She also made sure that I was reimbursed for what I payed for the other unit.
