Closes too early and there’s never any carts available. They’ve raised my rate twice in a year!!

I used to have my stuff in the Aventura storage but now I've been in Dixie for about 2 yrs and I love it, the customer service given by Shay is out of this world ,she's verily helpful, very knowledgeable and what I love about her the most is that she works really hard to keep this storage super clean at all times because unfortunately some people come here and leave a lot of garbage around but I always see her cleaning after everybody and the place is always in great shape. Also she's really sweet and has the biggest heart always helping everybody. Thank you Shay and thank you Public storage I recommend this storage 100 %
