I've been using Public Storage for over a year and have been to multiple locations. Out of those, no one was as helpful and accommodating as Ada Romero at the Pompano Beach location at 196 SW 2nd Street. Even when she was not able to find me a unit in that location, she thoroughly searched for what I needed in every other nearby location, and went the extra mile for me in other ways.
