I recently rented a storage unit from here and I can say so far it has been a great experience. One thing I value the most is great customer service and that’s exactly what I get at Public Storage. Especially from Nicole. Each time I go in, Nicole has been attentive, patient, and kind. Including when I’m having a bad day, she remains very professional when assisting me. So far, I have no complaints!
