Do not sign a contract with this company. The staff is friendly, the owner has a policy of praying on his customers.

Contracts allow for increases every 6 months and you can be sure they will institute it. I started $590a month less than 2 years ago it is now over $1000 a month.

Typical policy of a legitemate business is for a long term customer is to stabilize rents, I could today sign up for almost the same as my original deal however, Ill be moving shortly and parting ways with this group.
